Deep Fried Kraft Dinner!

Deep Fried Mac & Cheese

There’s some pictures posted up in the gallery of the Dallas Trip.

As you can see to the right, we dined on some “gourmet” Deep Fried Mac & Cheese. On Wednesday, we went to T.G.I. Fridays for supper. As soon as we saw the appetizer we had to try it. Where else in the world can you get Deep Fried Kraft Dinner. How’d it taste? Surprisingly good. It tasted exactly like battered Kraft Dinner. I could feel my arteries clogging up as I ate, but I couldn’t stop eating it. Try it if you get the chance. You’ll be pleasantly surprised at how good it is.

For supper I just had a quesadilla. Normally up here in Calgary, it comes with Salsa. But down south. They serve there’s with guacamole. I’m not a big fan of it myself. I’ll eat it sparingly, but it should not go on quesadillas. They also had a spicy sauce in a dish that you could dip your food into. It tasted exactly like the little spicy sauces you get at Taco Bell.

Nor should Guacamole be served in sandwiches. Salads and nachos are ok, sandwiches, no. For lunch on Thursday the conference served us sandwiches with guacamole. I wasn’t a big fan myself.

As I mentioned in my previous post, there’s a skating rink in between the hotel and the conference center. In the evening there’s usually some sort of skating going on. Be it figure skating practice or broomball game. As you can see it’s not too big, but it’s enough for little kids to skate around on.

I’ll post some more stories about Dallas later.
