Less then 2 months to go till the adventure in Taiwan with Amanda. Weeks seem to be flying by lately and before I know it I’ll be on the plane for the longest 26 hours I’ll probably ever have. They’ve changed my flight from the original take off at 7:30, to now 6:40 am from Calgary. I have to spend just about 4 hours in San Francisco airport. Then another 12+ hour flight to Japan, another 2 hour layover, then another 2+ hour to Taiwan. Should be a long day!

This week I plan on getting an International Drivers License. Apparently some companies make you have it in order to rent a car or a scooter. I’ve also got November 21 afternoon booked off in order to get my inoculations. As for the most part will be in civilized cultures so the only thing I plan to get is my Hep shots. I’m due for another Tetanus as well, so that might be part of it as well. Problem is most of the shots that you can get aren’t covered by anything. So you have to fork out the $60-100$ per shot yourself.

In other news, it’s just another week till the conference in Dallas. I’ll make sure to bring my camera and take some pictures. Although not really as exciting as Taiwan, its another place I can say I’ve been. I fly out next Monday afternoon and return on late Thursday evening.

That’s about it. The picture above is of Tristyn just a couple weeks shy of 6 months taken on Saturday. She’s getting to be a porker! Still cute as hell though!
