The Squirrel

I know this is late posting, but hey better late then never! (or say they say, I don’t really believe it). My parents and Daizee enjoyed their stay here in the big city. There’s some pictures posted of the weekly activities in the gallery. The went to the zoo, Banff - up the gondola and relaxed in Banff springs, and then down to Calaway Park.

Now in an expensive city like Calgary, you need to be a little “frugal” once in a while, so to keep in tradition with my cheap-ass Ukranian family traditions, we gifted them with coupons and free tickets to Callaway (thanks Amanda). I’d be doing my Gramps proud!

Now because of a power outage in the building I work at, I actually got to head down to Fish Creek Park with Dad and Daizee. The animals that live there must be super used to humans, as I literally had this squirrel eating out my hands. As you can see from the picture about, I was a few feet from this squirrel taking his picture, and he didn’t even care. I also finally found out my camera has macro mode, so I was fooling around with it at the park. That Fish Creek gallery can again be found in the gallery.

Enjoy the pics, and thanks for the visit. My parents finally got to meet my other Calgary family, which was long overdue.
