Hey everybody,

The trip to Kelowna finally took place last weekend. All I can say is that if nobody has driven through the mountains, I suggest you do once before your life is over. It is seriously God’s country. Anybody who finds the drive boring has some serious problems. As you can see in the picture to the right, it doesn’t get more beautiful then that. Went golfing in Revelstoke on the Thursday. It was my first golf game this year and for playing on a sweet course in the moutains I didn’t do too bad. A couple of pars was the best I could do, while Shaun nailed a nice shot from 130 yards out. Too bad it took 5 to get there Shaun! There’s a couple pics of the golf course in the Kelowna Gallery.

The wedding was good times. It was an outdoor wedding at 7:30 at night. You would think by then, things would be cooled down a bit. Umm, no. Still at a solid 30°C you were sweating just sitting there. But it was the first outdoor wedding I’ve been too and I rather enjoyed it.

Well the parents and Daizee are in town this week. I have to work, but they’ve got the zoo, mountains, Calaway Park all planned out.
