So over 2 months since my last post…oh well.What’s new you ask? Well first off the big news - I’m off to Calgary. Our department at MNP is jumping ship to the big city. When we first heard about it I didn’t really want to go. No family, no friends, you basically are starting over. But after thinking about it more and and more, it’s an opportunity I can’t really pass up. Oh I’m sure I’ll be homesick, but hey at least now I’ll get to use my vacation for something.

The temporary starting date over there is sometime around September. Think I’ll head down there come June and find a place to live (apartment…can’t afford the $200,000 houses). It’s pretty cool since we get all moving expenses paid for.

What else…the birthday just passed. Yep the big 24 has come and gone. Personally I don’t like birthdays. It’s not the age thing, just something about birthdays I don’t like.

I’m also taking a vacation for the first time in a long time. I’m heading down to Florida with my cousin to drive her parents home. At 24 this is my actual first time I’ve been on a big plane. That my friends, is sad. We leave April 13, and then start driving back April 24th. It should be pretty fun. Probably head off to Orlando, check out Sea World, Busch Gardens, Universal Studios. The farthest south I’ve been in South Dakota, so this is a baby step.

Oh ya and the new design. I’m trying to do the whole no tables thing. It’s actually pretty sweet ass to make a webpage with not a one tag. It’s working out so far, thanks to the lovely people of the internet who have graciously given me code…but it’s still a work in progress..
